but you may not:

Licence you grant us

‍When you submit content to us for publication or reposting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content across our Platform and marketing channels.

You keep ownership of your content.

If we run or promote events, additional terms may apply (e.g., ticketing provider rules, venue entry conditions, age checks, security policies, photography rules). Those additional terms will be shared at the time of booking or promotion.We are not responsible for decisions made by venues
(e.g., refusal of entry, security checks, ID requirements).

1. From time to time, We Got No Taste may run giveaways, prize draws, or promotions (“Promotions”)
across our Platform or social channels.

2. Unless stated otherwise, Promotions are:

- free to enter

- not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any social media platform

- open to people aged 16 or over

3. Specific entry requirements, eligibility criteria, closing dates, prize details, and winner selection methods will be communicated at the time of the Promotion and form part of these Terms.

4. We reserve the right to:

- verify the eligibility of entrants

- disqualify entries that do not comply with the stated rules

- cancel, amend, suspend, or extend a Promotion where reasonably necessary
(including due to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control)

5. Prizes:

- are non-transferable

- have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated

- must be accepted as offered

6. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. We are not responsible for:

- inaccurate entry information

- entries not received due to technical issues

- third-party fulfilment of prizes (including delays, defects, or failures by brands or partners)

8. By entering a Promotion, you agree that:

- we may announce your name or social handle as a winner

- you may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the Promotion,
without additional compensation

9. Personal data collected as part of a Promotion will be used solely for the administration of that Promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where a Promotion is run in partnership with a third party, this will be clearly disclosed at the time of entry.

Promotions are governed by the same governing law and jurisdiction set out in these Terms, unless stated otherwise in the Promotion-specific rules.

We may link to or embed content from third-party websites, ticketing services, payment processors,
or social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may publish sponsored content, gifted items, paid partnerships, affiliate links, or collaborations.
Where required, we will label paid or gifted content. Any purchase or engagement you make
with a third party is between you and that third party.

- issues caused by third-party platforms, venues, ticketing providers, or links

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (for example, fraud).

If you breach these Terms or violate someone else’s rights through your use of the Platform, you agree to indemnify us for any losses, claims, or expenses arising from that breach (to the extent permitted by law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts and benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
